A set of junior golf clubs means so much to the development of a young golfer.  When I was younger everything was handed down or sawed of to fit.  These days your child’s golf clubs and be bought fit and they can be brand names as well.

These junior golf clubs are cheaper than the full sized golf clubs and they still have the same power behind them. Today, you can find youth golf clubs being made by all the top manufacturers and they are not as expensive as the top golfer's clubs. If the your junior golfer is serious about golfing you will want them to have a good set of golf clubs.

The height of the Clubs is Important

First you should consider the height of your son or daughter. The clubs you buy should fit the height of the player and you might want to allow some room for growth although this is not always easy. Buying clubs every year along with shoes and clothes can get expensive. If the clubs you buy are a bit too long then they will have to choke up a bit on the club.  Once they grow they will be able to grip the club in the normal location
Important note….eventually your son or daughter will grow out of the clubs and must have new clubs to fit their height.  Now, they do grow out of clubs fast, so you can buy used golf clubs, sell them, and buy your next set. Many club houses on the golf courses have these used clubs for sale or rent.

Consider the Weight of the Club and Shaft

When you cut down and old set of golf club, the child will be gripping on the thicker part of the shaft. This is not good!  If your child is serious about golfing then be sure to provide them with the tools they need.

Heavy clubs can effect the speed and accuracy of each hit so be sure to have clubs that do not weigh too much. Junior golf clubs are made to fit the height of the golfer and also the weight of the golfer.

Keep all these things in mind, it will help your youth golfer in the future.
